1. Six-Month Warranty
Your Cilvira piece is covered from the date of delivery against defects in craftsmanship and plating that arise under normal wear conditions. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

2. Lifetime Replating Service

Sterling silver is an investment material. Unlike plated brass or alloys, your Cilvira piece will never corrode at the core. Our lifetime replating service ensures the finish always looks as good as the day you received it — at no charge, for life. |
◷ When can you claim?
The replating service can be availed from the 181st day after delivery, once the warranty period has concluded.
As part of our commitment to lasting brilliance, Lifetime Replating is available for the lifetime of the product, subject to eligibility
∞ How many times?
Unlimited. There is no cap on how many times you can use this service across the lifetime of your jewelry.
₹ Is it free?
Yes — the replating itself is always free. A courier charge of ₹149 applies for doorstep pickup. Drop-off at our Mumbai studio is always free. Turnaround time is approximately 20–25 working days.
✕ Exclusions
Lifetime Plating is not applicable to Pearl, diamond, and black bead jewellery, dual-tone jewellery, black rhodium products, evil eye & oxidized jewellery, coins, idols, and pooja items, damaged jewellery.
3. How to Raise a Claim

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not happy for any reason, return the piece within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. You’ll receive a full refund through bank transfer only within 5–7 business days.

Prefer a different size or style? Exchange within 7 days — shipping charges may apply depending on the location.
✕ Non-returnable items
Personalised and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless defective. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
5. Caring for Your Silver
To keep your Cilvira jewelry looking its best between replating visits:
• Store pieces individually in the Cilvira pouch or a soft-lined box to prevent scratching.
• Apply perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays before putting on your jewelry.
• Remove silver before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
• Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after every wear.
• Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals or cleaning agents.
