Yes, absolutely. Every piece of Cilvira jewellery is crafted from 92.5% pure sterling silver — the highest purity level achievable while maintaining the strength and durability needed for everyday wear. The remaining 7.5% is typically copper, which adds structure without
compromising quality. Each piece carries a 925 hallmark stamp and is accompanied by an authentication certificate so you can shop with complete confidence.
Yes. Cilvira jewellery is 100% free from nickel, lead, and cadmium — the three metals most commonly responsible for skin irritation and allergic reactions. Our pieces are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and are designed for comfortable all-day wear. You
can wear Cilvira jewellery daily without worrying about redness, itching, or discolouration on your skin.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also log in to your Cilvira account, go to 'My Orders', and view the live status of your delivery at any time. Our orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of placement and delivered within 4–6 business days across India.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the delivery address for you - please contact us immediately at cilviraindia@gmail.com or via WhatsApp so we can make the change before it ships. Once the order is already in transit, address changes are unfortunately very difficult to arrange. In such cases, we will do our best by contacting the courier on your behalf, though this cannot be guaranteed. We recommend double-checking your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.
Please note that we will process your exchange as soon as we have inspected and approved the returned item.
No worries! If your order has not yet been shipped, simply let us know your preferred delivery date and we will hold the dispatch until then. If your order is already in transit, we can request the courier partner to hold it for a few extra days or schedule a re-delivery attempt - please note this is subject to the courier's policy and cannot always be guaranteed. Alternatively, you can authorise a neighbour, family member, or security guard to receive the parcel on your behalf.
Return, Exchange & Refunds
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy on all unused and unworn items in their original packaging - no questions asked. We want you to love every piece you receive from Cilvira, and if you’re not completely satisfied, we make it easy to return. Please note that personalised jewellery, made to order items, silver coins, and any items that show signs of use, damage, or tarnishing due to improper handling are not eligible for returns. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Returns must be initiated by contacting our team within 7 days of delivery.
Absolutely! If you'd like to swap your purchase for a different design, size, or style, simply reach out to us within the return window via email at cilviraindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp. Please share your order number, a photo of the item, and an unboxing video. Once we approve the exchange request, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep. The replacement order will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving the original item. Exchange items are subject to product availability.
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at cilviraindia@gmail.com or call our support number so we can cancel the order and initiate a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible through the website. In that case, you may refuse the delivery at the door — the parcel will be returned to us and your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item back.
Warranty & Care
Cilvira offers a 6 Month Warranty on all jewellery pieces. Your Cilvira piece is covered from the date of delivery against defects in craftsmanship and plating that arise under normal wear conditions. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
To keep your Cilvira pieces looking beautiful
for as long as possible:
(1) Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, orexercising to avoid exposure to chlorine, salt water, or sweat.
(2) Keep jewellery away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and household cleaning
products.
(3) After each use, wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to
remove moisture and oils.
(4) Store each piece in its individual airtight pouch or box to prevent tarnishing and scratches.
(5) Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemical solutions. Every Cilvira order includes a detailed care guide inside the box to help you maintain your jewellery's shine.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals — this is a normal property of genuine silver and actually confirms its authenticity. However, with proper care and our anti-tarnish rhodium coating, tarnishing can be significantly minimised and delayed. If minor tarnishing does occur, a gentle silver polishing cloth will restore the shine in seconds. For cases where tarnishing seems unusual or premature, our Lifetime Plating Warranty has you covered - simply reach out to us and we will arrange a re-plating at no cost.
Payment
First, please check your spam or junk email folder, as our order confirmation emails sometimes get filtered there. Also check that the email address linked to your account is correct. If the confirmation still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, it's possible there was a temporary delay at your bank's end. Please contact us at cilviraindia@gmail.com with your registered mobile number or email, the transaction date, and your payment reference or UPI transaction ID. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 working hours. If the payment was debited and no order was placed, a full refund will be initiated promptly.
